CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BALLET

(Ages 3-4)

This class focuses on the basic fundamentals of movement, rhythm, stretcthing, and ballet technique.

 

(Ages 5+)

This class focuses on technique, terminology, strength, and flexibility.

ACROBATICS

(Ages 3 +)

This class focuses on building strength, cardio, and core. As well as the execution of acrobatic-style tricks.

HIP HOP

(Ages 7+)

This class teaches fundamental hip-hop dance technique.

TECHNIQUE

(Ages 8 +)

This class dives deeper into Ballet and Jazz technique. It gives the dancer a chance to finesse their skills, as well as venture into a more advanced level of their dance training.

JAZZ

(Ages 6+)

A high energy class that focuses on turns, isolations, flexibility, and leaps.

TAP

(Ages 5 +)

This class teaches individual tap technique and step combinations.

POINTE

(By invitation only)

This class expands on the skills learned in Ballet class, and introduces dancing en pointe.
